Following an initial intake meeting, I'll build your comprehensive, individualized sugarcane yoga program. This program will meet you where you’re at and provide the tools needed to take you where you want to go. Together, we’ll continue to adapt and evolve our sessions, guaranteeing that every class provides exactly what your body (and mind) need to feel their best. 

When you work with me one-on-one, you’ll learn:

  • Yoga postures and mobility exercises that  deliver exactly what your body craves to move with freedom and confidence

  • -How to customize your yoga practice using a chair, a wall or additional props. 

  • - Yoga adaptations for older bodies. 

  • -How common conditions, injuries, and restrictions don’t need to hold you back from building a robust personal practice

I also leverage modalities beyond the yoga practice to help you:

  • Discover and overcome your body “blind spots”, moving with more awareness of your feet, hips, shoulders, and more.

  • Integrate exercises and rehab protocols for common injuries and chronic conditions (low back pain, joint replacements, post-PT rehab, and more) into your movement routine

  • Use strength work to increase your range of motion while improving balance and movement capacity
