Following an initial intake meeting, I'll build your comprehensive, individualized sugarcane yoga program. This program will meet you where you’re at and provide the tools needed to take you where you want to go. Together, we’ll continue to adapt and evolve our sessions, guaranteeing that every class provides exactly what your body (and mind) need to feel their best.
